Yes, consultants will always want to meet with you face to face before submitting your details to our clients. We will always gain your permission prior to submitting your details to our clients.

Do I require previous experience as an Interim Manager?
It is not always necessary to have previous interim management experience; however for most clients it is preferable.

Will I be required to provide references for previous projects that I have completed?
Yes, our clients will always expect us to take full references for your previous assignments / permanent positions.

What locations do Archer Mathieson cover for interim assignments?
Archer Mathieson covers the South East of England for assignments as well as some international projects.

How long is an average interim contract?
An assignment through Archer Mathieson is typically 6 months long but clients will often extend past this.

Are Archer Mathieson contracts IR35 friendly?
Yes, Archer Mathieson contracts comply fully with IR35.

How often will I invoice Archer Mathieson?
You will be expected to invoice Archer Mathieson monthly, however this can be handled by our online timesheet system.
