Byron joined Archer Mathieson in 2009 and was quickly promoted to head of research & operations. His focus lies in maximizing capability and delivering value to clients. Byron’s expertise is cross functional and covers all of our disciplines – human resources, finance and supply chain. He has established a strong network within the market, allowing him to identify and attract high calibre professionals. His background ranges from IT/technology, electronic manufacturing and design to, more recently, executive recruitment. Byron is passionate about developing lasting relationships and places an emphasis on customer service and delivery. He is a graduate in golf directorship (PGA) and is also a keen mountain biker and tennis enthusiast.

Peter is a BSc (Hons) sports science graduate from Loughborough University. Before joining us, he played professional rugby for four years although the lack of any facial disfigurements suggests he was extremely evasive or absent player. He is now an agile member of the research team, with a strong network and knowledge base across Finance, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain. Peter delivers bespoke research projects on behalf of our clients and supports our consultants with searches across all sectors in the UK and Internationally.
