David Morrison has over 10 years’ experience handling executive level positions on an interim and search basis. David began his career specialising in finance recruitment however took a management position at a leading supply chain & procurement specialist, where he lead the development of their specific procurement recruitment capability.
David now utilises his experience recruiting multiple corporate functions to place interim programme and change managers into organisations looking at targeting operating model change or more focused functional transformation initiatives, he still uses his expertise in supply chain to handle interim assignments across that function.
With a BSc in Exercise Physiology, David a keen sportsman understands just how unfit he really is, despite this he still enjoys mountain biking, running and squash.

James started his supply chain and procurement recruitment career in 2006 working for a market leading London based organisation. He joined Archer Mathieson in August 2011 to concentrate on both executive search and interim management assignments.
James has developed a wide ranging interim management network together with a thorough knowledge of executives across the UK and international market places. Which leaves him well placed to manage mid and senior level interim or permanent appointments across the UK and mainland Europe. James has recruited across all vertical markets however his primary expertise is in Pharmaceutical, FMCG (Food, Consumer Electronics and Consumer Healthcare) and Medical Devices sectors. Having started an early career in medicine, these sectors represent areas where James has a particular interest and affinity.
James is a graduate of King’s College London and works across our Windsor and London offices. Outside of work, James enjoys the Arts, keeping active and attempting to contain his over-zealous garden.
